Dr. BJ Fogg

Director, Behavior Design Lab, Stanford University

Dr. BJ Fogg directs the Behavior Design Lab at Stanford University. A psychologist and innovator, he devotes at least half of his time to industry projects. His work empowers people to think clearly about the psychology of persuasion - and then to convert those insights into real-world outcomes. BJ has created a new model of human behavior change, which guides research and design in the real world. Drawing on these principles, his students created Facebook Apps that motivated over 16 million user installations in 10 weeks. Outside of Stanford BJ teaches how to apply behavior change insights in a new series of Persuasion Boot Camps at his guest home in Sonoma County. He is the author of Persuasive Technology: Using Computers to Change What We Think and Do, a book that explains how computers can motivate and influence people. His upcoming publication is 5 Secrets of Behavior Change. BJ is also the co-editor of Mobile Persuasion, as well as Texting 4 Health. Fortune Magazine selected him as a "New Guru You Should Know."

Chris Kuenne

Chairman and Executive Officer, Rosetta

Mr. Kuenne founded Rosetta in 1998 and has been its president since the company's inception. Earlier in his career, Chris spent 10 years in marketing management at Johnson & Johnson leading the Band Aid and Tylenol Brands franchises, in addition to helping pioneer category management. Subsequently, he was a partner at First Manhattan Consulting Group where he led its retail marketing practice. Throughout Chris' 25-year marketing career, he has been focused on driving more effective marketing through the discovery and deployment of scalable consumer insights. This obsession motivated him to found Rosetta and pilot its aggressive growth trajectory. Chris has written numerous articles and given speeches on applying Personality-based sales and marketing to the pharmaceutical, financial services, and consumer packaged goods industries. Chris received his MBA from Harvard University with honors and his BA from Princeton University.

Michael Pachter

Managing Director of Equity Research, Wedbush Securities

Mr. Pachter is an analyst at Wedbush Securities providing coverage of the Entertainment Software, Entertainment Retail and Movies and Entertainment sectors. Previously, Mr. Pachter spent two years as the Director of Research at Wedbush Securities. Before joining Wedbush Securities, Mr. Pachter served as the Director at Management Resource Center, a middle-market investment bank. Prior to that, Mr. Pachter spent 15 years in various financial and management positions at Atlantic Richfield Company, most recently as Director of Strategic Planning. Mr. Pachter brings over 20 years of experience as a finance professional to Wedbush Securities. Mr. Pachter has been recognized as StarMine?s Top Earnings Estimator year after year and Best on the Street by the Wall Street Journal. Mr. Pachter holds an M.B.A. from the Anderson School at the University of California at Los Angeles, a Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University, an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida, and a Bachelor?s in Political Science from California State University, Northridge.

David Cooperstein

David is a leading expert in digital marketing and strategy, with hands-on senior management experience in social media and online advertising. Focusing on telecom and retail verticals, David has worked as a marketing and strategy expert for more than 20 years - 15 of those years in Internet technology and marketing strategy. He has been on executive teams with public and private companies and worked on the boards of several Internet startups. David rejoined Forrester in 2009 after spending six years in start up and executive management for Gather.com, an online social network site, and Burst Media, an online ad network.
